Extractions
Our patients come to us from dentists that oversee their entire dental needs. These dentists are fully committed to excellent oral care. When a tooth needs to be extracted they refer their patients to Dr. Alman.
Implants
Many teeth are great candidates for implant treatment to replace a tooth that needed extraction. Dr. Alman works with the referring dentist by placing the implant(s) after careful planning and consolation. This office uses state-of-the-art CBCT conebeam (3D imaging) to plan each case as well as utilizes the X-Nav Robotic assist implant surgery equipment.
Biopsies
Our referring dentists look at the entire mouth including the tongue. Occasionally, there is something observed that needs an oral surgeon to evaluate. Dr. Alman examines the area in question and when appropriate will biopsy the area and send it to Johns Hopkins to an Oral Pathologist to confirm diagnosis.
